In August 2014, Heidi sold the company to VCA Incorporated, one of the country’s leading pet heath care providers. Since then, the company has been expanding in many parts of the United States and Canada. One of her valued clients introduced Heidi to the concept of franchising and in 2003, she opened the business for franchise. And that’s when they got the idea to open one themselves.Īfter a very successful opening of her first dog care center, she decided to expand to another location. Being a dog lover themselves, they often had a difficult time finding a premiere pet care service for their two dogs.
